Our Story – A Dream Grown from the Ground Up
What started as a small idea and a big leap of faith has grown into something really special. We’re a family who dreamed of a simpler life, rooted in the countryside, where people could come together, switch off, and just breathe for a while.
When we first arrived at Primrose Farm, it was just a few fields, a lot of mud, and an even bigger vision. Year by year, we've chipped away, building the site with our own hands – from the first safari tents to every tap, firepit, and fence post.
Most recently in 2024, we opened our little bar and café and on site shop – a place for guests to share stories over a cold local beer or warm up with a coffee after a beach walk. It became the heart of the farm overnight.
And now, in 2025, we’re proud to introduce Oak View Lodge – a cosy, luxury lodge tucked beneath the trees, complete with a bubbling hot tub and space for the whole family to unwind. It’s our latest step in a journey that’s still very much unfolding.
Every year, we aim to make our site even better – not bigger, just better. We listen to what our guests say, love, and what they dream of, and we build it. Whether it’s somewhere to toast marshmallows, let the kids run wild, or just soak up the peace – we want you to feel at home.
Because this isn’t just a business to us. It’s our life. And we’re so proud to share it with you.
